I cant thank you all enough for your kind words in the comment sections of my little blog! Thank you thank you! Today I'm so excited because my etsy shop reached a little milestone... 50 sales! I actually woke up and the email was there, which was pretty fun!

It's just the beginning, it's just a start, but I'm feeling positive and hopeful (which is sometimes hard to come by these days!)

Also, spring is on its way... which is always uplifting.

This is the first but definitely not the last time I mention Bob Hicok in this here blog! He is my absolute favorite poet. I read and reread his work all the time, always finding something new, something different. He is ever inspiring.

Just wanted to share my frozen oil picture. It seems as though one shouldn't accidentally leave oil in the trunk of the car when it's below freezing outside. Touche, winter, touche. Actually though, I think the color is rather pretty! I'm glad I snapped a picture, it defrosted really quickly :)

Im up in the clouds tonight! I spent the day making new screens and printing new designs, which I'm super excited about. Even more fun, though? I found out that my shop was featured on three very cool blogs! Thank you thank you bloggers! I feel so very honored!

Dear Coffee, I love you...

Every now and then I freak out and decide to quit coffee. I think I reach the point of being really addicted, you know, getting headaches when I don't drink it, thinking about it when I'm not drinking it, the whole shebang. Then I get upset that I rely on it so much and I decide, that's it, no more! There are two problems with this quitting coffee thing, though. The first is that I legit love the taste of coffee! (This part seemed solvable enough- Decaf!) The second problem is that I love being addicted to coffee! Fail! The only way to fix that is to get over it (booo) or to cave in and endlessly enjoy the caffeinated goodness that is coffee.

So its decided then. I'm over quitting coffee. Plus, lets be honest, caffeinated coffee looks way better in my product photos (see below) than decaf does, am I right? :::wink wink:::

Can you smell it? Valentine's Day is one month from today. Usually I don't care too much! I was never "anti-Valentine's Day," but I surely wasn't ever overly enthused.

This year though, things are cha cha changing! I had so much fun over the holidays making greeting cards, that I'm super pumped and ready to get into the lovey dovey spirit!

January is all about newness and freshness, which means my Etsy shop is getting restocked with all brand new items!

I'm loving that daily eco friendly changes feel deliciously rewarding. Switching to cloth napkins is not only more fun (woot woot!), but I'm minimizing my paper waste! Its especially enjoyable to use them when I have guests over-- my table just looks cuter!
